TEXS HP

TEXS_HPThe TEXS employs capillary optics (replacing the HCO).В The capillary optics enables the spectrometer to have an energy range from 100 eV to 10keV, therefore being able cover the K lines of the transition elements and to adequately measure the low energy lines. With the use of a LiF crystal (to replace a large 2d diffractor) the TEXS is able to resolve the О± / ОІ overlaps of the transition elements.
