Standard Eagle III components include:

• Rh or Mo tube (40kV, 40W)
• 300 micron mono-capillary optic
• CCD cameras:  10x color; 100x color (with 2x digital zoom)
• 80 mm2 Si{Li} detector
• Precision, computer-controlled XYZ stage
• Sample chamber:  vacuum or air
• Digital signal analyzer electronics
• Operating SW with automated analysis, Fundamental Parameter and semi-empirical quantification routines

Options:

• 100 micron mono-capillary in lieu of 300 micron
• Collimators with and without filters
• 50 kV, 50W X-ray tube (various anodes)
• Sample backlighting or sample rotation
• Mapping, Linescan, Coating Thickness, SLICE SW and more
